Ideal Weight Calculator

There is no single perfect weight, but there is a healthy range for your height and a sensible target within it. Here are both.

How it's calculated

The single figure uses the Devine formula, long used in medicine. The range is simply the weights that fall in a healthy BMI (18.5 to 24.9) for your height, which is more realistic than chasing one number.

How to read your result

Where you sit within the range depends on your frame, muscle and history. A strong, active body often sits comfortably in the upper half. Aim for the range, not the decimal.

Common questions

No. The single figure is a rough anchor. The healthy range is the real goal, and anywhere within it can be perfectly healthy depending on your build.

Method: Devine formula, with a healthy-BMI weight range.
